  Note 1 : overload scales suitable for direct on line start motors, standard scales normally preferred for
               star-delta and resistance start motors.
    
  Note 2 : wattmeters used with d.o.l. and frequent duty assisted start motors should have their current
               elements shorted during initial start up.
    
  Note 3 : ammeter burdens 1.5VA max. ( normally industrial or "class D" C.T.'s)
              wattmeter burdens 2VA max.("class C" C.T.'s recommended)
